2. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
This policy governs all payments made for services purchased on Gaty.in and via the Gaty application.
Binding Nature of Purchase
By purchasing any service on Gaty.in, the user enters into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
No Cancellation
Once payment is successfully made:
- The transaction is final and binding.
- No cancellation requests shall be accepted.
Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-adjustable
- Non-transferable
This applies irrespective of, but not limited to, the following:
- Non-usage of services
- Dissatisfaction with services
- Business or commercial decisions
- User expectations or assumptions
- Technical knowledge gaps or user inexperience
Subscription Services
Where subscription plans are offered, they shall:
- Remain valid only for the specific duration purchased.
- Not be eligible for partial or pro-rated refunds under any circumstances.
Technical Issues
In case of any verified technical malfunction attributable solely to the Company:
- The Company shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
- No refunds, damages, or compensation shall be payable.
Temporary unavailability of services due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond the Company's control (including network issues, third-party outages, or force majeure events) shall not give rise to any claim for refund or compensation.
No Claim, Chargeback or Dispute
The user expressly agrees and confirms that, after making payment:
- No claims, chargebacks, disputes, or legal actions shall be initiated or maintained against the Company in relation to such payments.
- Any attempt to raise a chargeback or payment dispute shall be treated as a breach of this Policy and the Terms of Use.
Dispute Limitation & Consequences
Any violation of this clause may result in, without limitation:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access to services; and
- Appropriate legal action under applicable Indian laws, including for recovery of amounts, costs, and damages.
